The Survivor Support Spell Jar is made to assist those who have cPTSD (complex PTSD) or PTSD in healing and symptom management. The jar is created to support oneself with unconditional love, emotional healing, grief, anxiety, depression, balancing emotional highs and lows, healing from abuse, courage, purification, and protection.

What are spell jars?
Spell Jars are a great tool to work on your personal growth and/or healing. Each spell jar is customized to a specific need. The glass jars typically contain crystals, dried herbs or flowers, or essential oils/essences and are sealed with wax. All SeaWitch spell jars are finished with a special touch of ocean magick, a seashell found on the shores of southeastern North Carolina.
How do you use spell jars?
Spell jars work best the more they are with you. Carry them in your pocket or bag, keep them on your desk at work, nightstand while you sleep, carry them on your nature walks. The more they are close to you, the more impactful they will be!
TIP: Set your spell jar on a window sill each full moon. The next day hold your jar while repeating out loud or in your head your healing intentions.
